I felt that a week was a bit long for Tech Support to be still working on the problem, so I posted over in the Forum Operations Center last night:


I've also been updating the "broken" LINKs (caused by the AVS Archiving Process) in the FAQ as I come across them. If you find one that's still broken, please reply to this thread (PASTE the "broken" LINK here) and I'll correct it.
