No picture through Onkyo SR705 (HDMI pass through)

I have two video sources connected to my Onkyo TX-SR705 through HDMI and I am getting the sound but no picture on my TV.
I have PS3 and a DVD player connected through HDMI to HDMI IN 1 and HDMI IN 2 on the Onkyo, and then HDMI out on the Onkyo to HDMI IN 1 on the TV. The TV is set to show HDMI IN 1.
The TV does show the picture when either source is connected to it directly, but not through Onkyo. What am I doing wrong?

When you press the Setup button on your remote, does the Setup menu appear on your TV?

Then try swapping the HDMI cable from your receiver to the TV and make sure it's seated securely at both ends.

The same cable works fine when I disconnect it from Onkyo "HDMI OUT" and connect it directly to PS3.

Is there anything I need to do on the Onkyo for HDMI OUT to work?
(Assuming that it's brand new and just I started using it).
