Best location in loop for ground loop isolator?

I'm running ~25 feet of cable from my pc to my a/v receiver and of course it's causing a good hum. I've tried to find out if there's any difference in where you place a ground loop isolator in the circuit, but have had no luck.

Is it better to have an isolator right after the the audio comes out of the pc minijack or right before it enters the receiver by RCA?

I'd suggest you try both and see what works best for you
