Does anyone know if I can get 1080i output from this PC using the new LiteOn BD ROM? I have both DVI and VGA output from the graphics card.

Intel P4 3 GIG processor
3 gigs RAM
ATI Radeon 9600XT 256 meg AGP

The primary use for the HTPC will be driving an older JVC G20 projector through VGA. I don't believe you need HDCP compliance with 1080i, right?

The motherboard is an ASUS P4P800 deluxe.
