It's all depends on which Crimson you prefer, since the band has changed so much over the years but here's some of the best, in no particular order.
Philadelphia 1982 -An absolute must IMO. This might be my favorite KCCC disc.
Mainz 1974- Also a must
New Haven 2003- Fripp actually stands up!
Central Park 1974
Summit Studios 1972
Cap D'Adge 1982
P4 San Francisco 1998
The DGM web site used to list the quality of the recordings, but I don't see it anymore. They do feature user reviews, so that might be helpful. Don't expect Steve Wilson quality stuff here, but some do sound great. There are some decently priced 2 CD Collectable King Crimson
sets on Amazon that would also be a good start. In fact Vols. 1 & 2 have some of the shows I mentioned.
