I have the toshiba A3 connected via optical with the sony stg-910 receiver. When I play hd dvd's it shows multi-channel on the player but whenever I play an sd dvd it says 2 channel. What's going on? I have the player set to bit stream and PCM. I've tried setting it every other way and I'm unable to get more than two channels to appear on the player. Any suggestions?
