Help HDA3 and 2wire gateway modem

I just recieve my 2wire modem it has 4 ethernet ports and I can go wireless.
My ? is can I buy an usb wireless adapter and put into the A3 or is it better to get a long ethernet cord and run it that way.Any help would be appreciated Thanx in advance

You cannot plug a usb wifi adapter into the A3. Long ethernet cable should be fine. I couldn't run any ethernet to my router due to it being impossible to hide the wires, so I bought a linksys wrt54g router, installed the dd-wrt firmware on it and set it to client bridge mode and I was able to get my A2, HTPC and Xbox on the 'net from my living room without a hitch.
