Digital Coaxial Switch?

Is there a such thing as a digital coaxial switch. I only have one coaxial in on my to be receiver and if I ever need another plug what would I use?

WOW! Those are not cheap...ok thanks. I havent purchased my 5.1 audio yet but it only has one coaxial and 2 optical so I wanted to be sure they had these things.
