I'm drooling with your pics.its like getting a copy of my first playboy.
All 7.2 are running through my Onkyo 818 AVR. It has dual sub outputs. I love my man cave but, like all of us, I want a bigger screen, more speakers etc! But I have to control myself (and my finances).
So I'll stay with my 106" screen, 3 theater seats, full size real popcorn maker, refrigerator, and my 3D HW30 Sony projector. While not a UHD projector I've only had it for just over a year and dont' plan on getting on the UHD trip anytime soon....
The first pic shows my equipment: right to the left of the center speaker is the AVR (black so hard to see) and to the left of the AVR is a Star Wars lunchbox (now you'll know where the Onkyo is); below the AVR on the first shelf is my HD Tivo (w/1TB internal drive) and the 500GB eSata connected drive for expansion; below that on the bottom shelf is the 3D BD player that sits on top of my HDDVD player.
To the right of the center channel is a picture of me with Bobby Orr and to the right of that is my Popcorn Hour A400 w/the XBOX kinect sitting on top of it.
Below that on the shelf is the XBOX 360.
Below that on the bottom shelf is the PS3 (fat - original w/PS2 compatibility).
Other odds and ends include the complete Calvin & Hobbes collection (on one of the subs), authentic Patriot and Titan's helmets, Rock'm Sock'm Robots, autographed mini-replica Patriots helmet of the team from the 80's, and my large Patriots rug.
What you can't see is the Wii - it's behind the center channel.
OH and that red cable you see dangling down to the left of the center channel is a HDMI/USB cable I plugged into the front HDMI to use to watch my cellphone on the big screen (I had just got the cable)
I just donated my PS2 to a local school since I haven't touched it in years: the gym teacher uses it for motivation and I gave them >8 controllers, a bunch of kid-friendly games (kept the Devil May Cry type games since not appropriate for young kids) and the two dance mats!
ok ....off my soap box.
