I am in the process of installing another MP in-wall speaker setup. This is in the living room of our new house. I could not do anything about the wire placement in this room.....it does look very strange.
I am using the 3-way 7607 for the front l/r and the 2-way 4100 for the rear l/r.
I have the 6317 for the center channel, but might not be using it. My wife decided that with the funky placement of the front speakers, it would look best to use a matching 7607 for the center channel. The only problem is that I can't mount it symmetrical to the left speaker because of the stud placement to the right of that TV cavity. I am not exactly sure what I am going to do with that yet.
I personally don't think the 6317 will look bad centered above the TV once they are all painted. The front right speaker is the black sheep. It would've been better if the builder at least ran the right wire to the small section of wall to the right of the fireplace. Oh well.....at least I have a theater room that was wired properly
I have a Polk PSW300 for the powered sub in the room.
