I am looking for a recommendation for an older HT receiver 5.1 unit that has a good 2 channel stereo sound.
My immediate need is 2ch stereo amp that can put out at least genuine 40W/ch at least for just audio listening of classical/jazz music. I have a t-amp which is about 7W/ch and my efficient speaker clips in the large room.
I have noticed older HT receivers may fit my requirement since the used ones seem very cheap in price.
Would appreciate your input, plan to spend $100.
