Finally the theater is complete. I took a final round of photos and just wanted to share them with you guys. Thank you so much for all your help and suggestions throughout the project.

Thanks! the room is 10' 11" wide by 15' 9" deep.

Not sure about the cupholder, i'll have to measure but the back of the seat is about 8.5 / 9' from the screen

What do you do with your free time now, watch movies. Haha Just sit back and enjoy its your time now, the room looks great maybe some time in the future we can get together, I live in the next town Plainview.

once again, great looking space .

two questions; how are the axioms and where is the PS3 in your rack? my axioms have been ordered and i am considering the PS3, but want to see how they look integrated into a dedicated HT. much thanks.

I am loving the Axioms. The sound is very clean and crisp and they are worlds better than teh Infinity speakers i used to have.

As far as the PS3, its located right above the Pioneer reciever. It's a little dark so its hard to tell.

Great job Rob! Every time I see these pics, I want to bust a$$ on my room. Good taste in equipment too - other than your Pioneer Elite AVR and transport versus my NAD gear, your rack looks frighteningly similar to mine - right down to the order of stacking. The empty space above my receiver and beneath the SA PVR is for ... a PS3

Hokie: The carpet is Hanover Rockport in black. As sson as i saw it in the showroom I knew it was the right one.

hmm, now i might have to look into adding a second set of seats in my room. it's about the same size... my biggest issue is passability on the sides of the seats..

I really-really like how you mixed materials, wood and fabric, in your design.
Great job, I've been looking for ideas/insperation on how to decorate/trim my home theatre and you are my benchmark. Since we live in a log home, I've felt the need to carry a wood theme in the HT.

Really awesome job! I made it through your entire thread after coming across these completed pics. I share others' comments regarding how fast you got it done and about how good it looks. I'm also encouraged by the size of your room. Unfortunately I'm looking at even smaller (and more square) dimensions of 14' x 14'6" with a low ceiling. I know it can be done and I've been lurking long enough to know that you weren't lying when you pointed out that this is a great community to provide help! I might be one of those picking your brain soon.

Thanks everyone!

jcavner: My clearance is about 22" on either side and seems to be just fine to get by. I can even sit on the step as an emergency overflow.

Monkey: If there's one thing i have learned is that even though it may be a smaller room and smaller screen size, the perspective still remains the same. You will be just fine with your room size.

The HT looks absolutely incredible. My room is almost the exact same dimensions as yours, 11'-4" x 16'-6" and after spending some time on the forum and seeing all the 16x20 and 20x27 size rooms I was starting to wonder if the room was big enough to accomplish what I wanted. You have proven that you can get an awesome look and feel without a ton of space.

I can't wait to get started on my room now!
