Not a very good pictures, but I will post any way. Click on link labeled "Upstairs dedicated room" at the bottom of this post. Room is 11'-5 1/2" wide x 13'-5 1/2" deep with 8' ceiling. I have 12 sound panels and four bass traps in the room. The screen is 106" fixed frame. My equipment is remote mounted, so I only have speakers and projector in the room. Sound is very good in this room and since the speakers are all crossed at 100Hz, I have good headroom and dynamics. I did all of this on a tight budget and am using the following equipment:
Planar PD7130 DLP projector
HK 254 AVR
Kenwood 6 channel amp (125 wpc)
PHD 205 ATSC, NTSC & QAM tuner
Nady XA1100 (1,100 watt pro amp)
Behringer CX2310 crossover
Toshiba HD DVD player
Five RBH WM30 speakers (have 2 more if I decide to go 7.2)
6.3CF ported Shiva-X subwoofer (uses one channel of Nady XA1100)
2.0 CF sealed sub using two 10" NHT drivers (uses one channel of Nady XA1100)
Three 1.0 CF sealed subs using 10" NHT 116 drivers and 115 watt plate amps. (I cross my mains to these subs using the CX2310 covering 30Hz to 150Hz overlapped mains. Mains are crossed at 100Hz to free them up so that they have increased head room.)
Seating is an old leather love seat.
Up coming room changes:
1. Grills (on order) for small subs at front of the room.
2. Build and install AT screen (sample on order) and place center channel behind
screen.
3. Change theater seating to 4 rocker theater seats or 3 leather theater chairs.
Probably wait until Christmas for this.
Updated:
I know have my AT screen in place and grills on my front subwoofers. Here is the build thread for screen conversion:

Other than chairs I think I am done for awhile.

I guess you are never done. I added top and bottom horizontal masking to my screen using cable and pulleys so that the masks move together. Here is a picture with masking set to 2.40.

Here is the same picture over exposed so that you can see the masking. You can see the sound panels behind the screen.

Close up picture of the masking. Picture over exposed to show masking.
