Digital Transition Poll for Users of Closed Captions

This poll is to find out how people who need closed captions on their television(s) plan to choose a digital-to-analog converter box, if at all. (Keep in mind that over-the-air television broadcasts can be an extremely important way of receiving emergency news since people with severe hearing loss can't hear the radio, and pay TV services could be disrupted in some kinds of situations like earthquakes, hurricanes, and power outages. Thus people who need closed captions need to consider getting a back-up digital-to-analog converter box even if they use pay TV services.)
