Yamaha R-N602 streaming trouble

I bought a Yamaha R-N602 receiver so I could stream internet services, like Spotify and Sirius XM through my stereo system. Yamaha has a app, called Musiccast, that lets me control the equipment via my cell phone. The receiver worked great for awhile and still works great at streaming Spotify, but whenever I try to stream Sirius, I get a message "Login in process. Not available." I don't get this message when I stream to a wi-fi stand alone speaker; I can listen to Sirius on it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, unplugging the receiver while it is on and plugging it back in, but to no avail. Neither Yamaha or Sirius tech support ahs been able to help. Anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it?

I too have had issues with my online subscription to Sirius. I have a Yamaha RX-V681 and noticed that zone 2 last summer would quit playing and drop off randomly. I traced it back to my firmware updates to the receiver. I updated the firmware to the latest version and still had issues. Luckily I was able to upload a previous version of firmware and things are working properly. Have look for a previous version if possible.
