Not an uncommon problem.
First you need to remove the threaded insert, could be difficult.
Using a small needle plyer, to put pressure inside and going counter wise to pull up. Work many time with some patience.
If things get stuck, but do have little space to insert a small flat screwdriver. You might be able to work it out.
Those process require lots of patience, since you do not want to damage the MDF on the cabinet.
Once out, inspect the inside. To make sure your Philips crew driver still have a good bit, to re-insert.
If not, go to your local Hardware store, and buy a matching one (very cheap to get).
Once ready to re-insert, normal wood working glue will work just fine.
If the hole is too loose, use the glue and insert a/or few tooth wood pick-it. Push in, and break the top part.
Or fill the hole with some wood filler, insert back the threaded insert. Using pressure and crewing-it until flush. Clean the wood filler that came out.
Let the glue/wood filler cure 24 Hours, even if it say 4 hours.
And should be good as new.
