However I would assume sound waves are the cause and your best bet would be to find what's rattling and remove or better secure those objects. Pads can be attached to the backs of things hanging on walls to reduce noise.
I had several doors rattling and put a couple of inches of insulation rubber strip
along the door jam. I have a bit left over, about 10 life times worth
