Hello guys,

I understand that testing different places throughout my living room will be optimal for sub placement, but I figured I could seek some advice from you guys. I have attached the following diagram of my living room. The question marks are the two locations I am considering placing my single HSU VTF-3 MK4. What are your guys' thoughts? I am really thinking about placing it behind the sectional either near the wall (as depicted in the picture) or directly behind my "listening position" but have the option of placing it in the corner next to my left channel speaker. Other suggestions welcome also. :)

Setup:

Display- Samsung UN50F6300

AVR- Onkyo TX-SR805

Blu-ray- Oppo BDP103

Mains- Ascend Acoustics Sierra-2

Center- Ascend Acoustics Sierra-2

Surrounds- soon!

Sub- HSU VTF-3 MK4

Thanks guys!

Kind Regards,

Ryan

Do the sub crawl to find the locations that offer the best overall output at the primary listening position. Place the sub in the location that works best for you / sounds best to you.
