Different sub-woofer models with Denon X2200W

I had a Polk audio psw505 for a while now and I was not impressed by its sound so I purchased SVS SB12-NSD today to replace or complement the psw505.
As far as I know my Denon X2200W does not support individual sub woofers calibration.
So the question is: how do I set these up together?

I'm pretty sure that Polk is ported. Your SVS is sealed. They are not likely to integrate well. Regardless, if the Polk is unimpressive, why keep it and allow it to muddy up your sound?

5.1: Power - Denon 4308ci, Fronts - Def Tech BP9040's, Center - Def Tech CLR 2000, Surrounds - Def Tech PM1000's, Sub's - Rythmik E15HP x2, Display - Panasonic TC-55AS530U, TT - Rega Planar 2 w/ Dynavector 10x5

Use it to replace and setup the X-Over dependent on what your main Left & Right, Center & Surrounds can handle, LFE & Main? 100Hz or 80Hz?

Don't run these subs together. A quality sealed sub that plays accurately is a terrible match for a budget ported sub that is anything but accurate.
