Watched about half (maybe a bit more) of 'The Girl in the Spiders Web' tonight. WOW, loved the movie and awesome Atmos track, and killer use of ULF throughout. LOVED the way the ULF is used for suspense and effects. I made it up to the point of the bridge lift. Holy Crapola that is some super cool ULF wobble right there!!! I only watched at my night time volume but ULF seemed perfect with the BEQ. Since that scene when bridge is lifting had a lot of isolated ULF (no real loud stuff going on with it), I cranked it up to ref (-10mv for me) right quick a couple times. Made me feel pretty darn queasy ...so cool!! Need to try cranking that part up way higher to -5mv or more to see what it does to me LOL!!!

I need to spin the whole movie at ref bass levels. Such a cool track!!

Pretty late to the party, but I finally watched The Equalizer 2 last weekend. I finally see what everyone was talking about. Fantastic soundtrack throughout - great use of the surrounds and Atmos speakers and the bass was awesome! Certainly not a one note film, and it gets pretty intense from time to time. I don't think I'd use it as a demo since it's not as "flashy" as something like Mad Max Fury Road, but it might be the best overall soundtrack of any movie I own. I never saw the first - how does it compare to the sequel, both as a movie and the bass?

Batman & Robin was quite the 35-40Hz monster before BEQ, nevertheless I don't any amount of bass hit would be enough to watch that again!

Great job! So much content salvaged here. I fired it up just now to see how the bass was before checking if there was a BEQ, and though it does drop off quick below 40Hz, it still has a ton of bass in the opening few minutes and apparently most the movie. Hopefully it’s one of the better ones, but I’ll have to save it for a kid free day to let it rip.

Hopefully it’s one of the better ones, but I’ll have to save it for a kid free day to let it rip.
We just watched it and something seems off with the levels, it was much hotter than expected. I am investigating now.

Edit to add: The EAC3 track has dialnorm, but it's set to -31 which should result in no MV change.

I watched 2001: A Space Odyssey, but didn't see 2010: The Year We Make Contact (BluRay, Dolby TrueHD). Could we get a BEQ for it when you get the chance?
