What the hell? I have this movie in DD 5.1 (thanks, Videomax!), and the bass is virtually nonexistent. I see quite a few very hot moments in the heat map, but I don't remember any one of them. Actually, my sub went into sleep mode, and never woke up. Granted, I got this movie for my mom, but I still feel robbed.

Blake wasn't very Lively in this film for me at least. And the fact that she unemotionally moves on from father to son so easily made this one easily forgettable in my opinion. But, yeah... I can't recall any bass in this one from memory. I guess I purposefully forgot about it.

The only bass hits were the "accident" near the start,
then the same sequence replayed again in slow-motion near the end,
....followed shortly by the second accident

Some of these movies don’t seem BEQ worthy.

On another note, any chance we could get season 1 of “The Young and the Restless” BEQ’d

I've never seen the movie, and based on the cover it didn't look very bassy, but Tim mentioned it in his list on the last page and it was already in my collection so I did it. Blake is very well-endowed at 30Hz.

Wait..what!?! No love for Blake Lively in Age of Adeline. If you haven't had a chance to witness that car crash yet with BassEQ, you owe it to yourself to give it a spin again. You may not remember the film, but I guarantee, that car scene will be memorable afterwards.....demo worthy for sure. It was pretty amazing without BEQ, but after remux it was one of the more textured TR scenes I can remember....it's been a couple months but I still remember thinking to myself....Holy *****....this is supposed to be a chick-flick.

I think one of the real awesome side effects of beq is I can watch certain movies at a lower volume and still get all the ulf. I just finished hurricane heist and that movie is a monster. Watching it with a -4.5 adjustment is the cherry on top. Same thing with Godzilla and Cloverfield. Thanks again everyone!

I know you have posted graphs long ago in the PSA thread but I do not recall.

I felt the first two movies had tons of low bass in the 10 to 15 hz range but I could be wrong. That is also the area my new subs have a nice bump due to port tune
The last time I did a compression sweep was about a month or 2 ago and I hit 13hz @105db safely. But since going near field I think I'm gonna lose some low end. My guess, I'm at a solid 15hz right now.

Im in the process of dialing everything in. Once I learn how to time align my subs (the small notes that show in each measurement don't exist in my REW), EQ in REW for flat, then a house curve in Minidsp (I think that's the process), then I'll run comp sweeps again. But for the most part I don't see much change coming from the low end, rather just an optimized setup that will sound better overal.

For my first request, I'd love to see Earth To Echo BEQ'd!
There's so many powerful scenes but it has one that rivals the length of the bomb in Ready Player One!

It's a bass beast as is but man I wonder what it looks like on a graph regardless of BEQ. Also it helps that it's only 85 min long.

@aron7awol , another one I'm not seeing on the list (or in the repo) is Insurgent (2015) Atmos. It appears Allegiant (2016) Atmos was done 12/1/18, so it has the "heatmap" but not a MV adjust; Divergent (2014) DTS:X looks like it could use an update whenever you get a chance

And to @PioManiac , this is a series, so they could all go under Divergent, but that's up to you
