JL F112 vs E112 x2
Sorry, I don't have time for an extensive search and I'm hoping I can get some insight from people with more experience.
I have a single JL Audio E112 sub right now, but no bass management/room correction (Bryston SP3 processor). My goal is to avoid over and under "pronounced" sound from the sub. I'm trying to determine if a second E112 would be the best choice vs upgrading to a single F112.
My room is shaped like an "L", with the HT at the top of the L, couch in the middle, kitchen at the bottom of the L, and dining on the bottom right of the L. The hallway would be to the left of the couch. My wife isn't big on passive sound control (bass traps, etc).
Priority is music over HT, but we use the system for HT ~80% of the time. Front L/R are rated for 28Hz at +/- 2db.
