You need a line amp to up the signal. Check out Markertak, or one of the site sponsors here like RAM electronics. What you are looking for is the RCA version of a powered splitter. This is an active device that will keep the level up when it is split.
Just for curiosity, how long are your sub cables? Usually splitting is not a problem. Driving long cables can be. Doing both most certainly will cause issues.
