Jvc rs540 with a isco iiiL question

I have a 150" 2.40:1 (120" 16x9) screen and my projector lens is 16ft from the screen would a isco iiiL work without moving the projector. Also how much pincushion would I have, my screen is flat but has 3" boarders
Thanks

Yes, it will fit with room to spare. I think you can search for a calculator/spreadsheet made by Aussiebob or similar to get info on pincushion and potential screen curve radius to eliminate it.

Mine is at 15 feet now, 135 inch 2.4:1 and there is maybe an inch of overscan in each corner

I am guessing about an inch off in each corner, maybe an inch and a half. It will be far less than your black border at any rate.

Are you currently zooming to fill that?

Yes, I am happy with zooming but recently upgraded to a rs540(had a rs400) plus finally bought 3d glasses. I have seen a few deals on isco iii recently and been thinking of buying one for extra lumens for 3d and hdr

You are at a comfortable 1.87 throw ratio for the lens with minimal pincushion (~0.74 inches) so curved screen is not really needed.
