cropped menus w/anamorphic lense

I have a 103 oppo and runco projector with anamorphic lense and 2.4 to 1 screen
I find that menus are cropped
Is there a setting that would prevent that in the player or another player that would fix it?

The OPPO 203 model has better organized and clearer 21:9 aspect ratio setting menus, but I'm pretty sure even the 103 has an option to pillarbox 16:9 content in the middle of a 21:9 screen when using a lens. You'd want to use that when the disc menu is up, and then switch to the 21:9 zoom during the movie.

I have a Runco LS-5 and Panamorph UH480 Anamorphic Lens which I use in conjunction with a 2.37:1 screen. (It's actually a 1.78:1 screen which I physically mask down to 2.37:1.) To prevent Blu-ray menus from being cropped while the lens is in place I set the Aspect Ratio Setting of the projector to either 4:3 (or 16:9). When watching actual scope content the Aspect Ratio Setting is set to "Letterbox".
