If it does not have an actual ball with a wooden surface, then it is not pinball. It is merely a simulation.

This is a perfect example of why this area of the forum is becoming so dead. Someone posts a perfectly innocent link to a simple online pinball game, and is bashed by the self appointed "Pinball Purist Police".

Why cant we bring this area beyond a 6th grade level?

POOF!! My earlier post is history - my apology for running away at my keyboard before thinking it through.

Of course a video game is simply a video adaptation of a physical game concept - like the video games of tennis or bowling on the Wii or pinball or a flight simulator - the "Real" games/activities require equipment and are real-world physical games while the video adaptations, while not the real thing, can be a lot of fun.

I'm sure the thread originator never intended that anyone would think he was saying a video game based on pinball is the same experience as actually playing pinball using a pinball machine.

Sorry Again for my misunderstanding!

I'd contact JJ at game exchange of Colorado in your home state. He should have one of those Batman 66 as they're still being made.

Oooh. I love pinball. My basement isn't finished, so these aren't their final resting place. There are 7 more around the corner because they don't fit along this wall in the bar. I just need to get carpet in the game room so they can all be together.

Very Nice.... So jealous.....

What are the other 7 games ?

I have 1 machine now... Hope to add possibly 2 more in the end.....

Addams Family is a nice game...... However, don't think I would want it for my 2 or 3 game collection.

Medieval Madness is a keeper.....

For a new addition, I'm thinking maybe a Star Trek, or a JJP Wizard of Oz, or a Pirates of the Caribbean... Theater of Magic, Monster Bash, Tron, Twilight Zone.....

Haven't seen the new Deadpool, or Iron Maiden.....

Tough decision for a small collection.....

Thanks Shelly. The other games are

Wizard of Oz Ruby Red Edition
Demolition Man
Bad Cats
Tommy
Star Trek (Data East)
Sky-Line
Safari (I have a second one that's the same as the one in the picture. It's a project)

There is both a Deadpool and Iron Maiden at our league location. Both are great games.

Bumped into this old thread. I was really into pinball in the 60’s. My favorites were made by Gotleib. I believe they were called Wedge Heads. 5 cents a game. Later in the 60’s a different breed of machines appeared that weren’t as fun as the older ones and the price increased to 10 cents. Some of my favorites.

Slick Chick
North Star
Buckaroo
Gigi
Rack a Ball

Always loved that “crack” sound when winning a game. ✌️

I think Iron maiden is one of the greatest games ever released from the artwork to the rules to the layout. Shots are tight but easy to flow. Helps if you enjoy the music, but even so the theme is well implemented with no band members just Eddie.

Iron Maiden is kind of weird. As far as music tables do, my favorite would be Metallica, despite that I do not like the cartoony artwork it uses.
