Depends on a few factors:
1. Usage. Is anybody actually using the table, or is it more to hold the laundry pile?
2. Replacement. What are you replacing it with, and does the replacement fit better into the space? Remember that if you are replacing with a billiards table, dome hockey or foosball, you need a bit of extra space at the back/sides to accommodate the cue and rails. An air hockey table can virtually have both players smashed against the wall.
3. Return. Are you able to make a decent return on the table to justify a sale? General rule is the nicer the table, the higher you'll get back. A big box common table can be found for as little as $20, so does it make financial sense to sell? Or, is the approach "I'll get whatever I can, as long as it's gone?"
