Popcorn Machine Upgrade..

Getting ready to step up our popcorn game. We have a small 2.5 Oz machine and we are looking for a larger machine so we won't have to do as many batches. We are looking at 8 and 12 Oz models normally we have 3 to 4 people eating popcorn with various other larger parties. Anyone with the 8oz model wish they would of went with a 12oz machine
The larger machines look a tad better built. I think the 8oz model would be OK for 3 to 4 people. Looking at the great northern and paramount models

I have had the Paragon 6oz for almost 20 years.
I use the 8oz prepack Gold Medal Mega-Pop with coconut oil as it's as close to movie corn as I've found.
I usually run two batches to fill up the machine and its more than plenty for a party of 4-6. I think an 8oz would be perfect.

Ended up finding a Gold Metal Funpop 8 on Craigslist for 80 bucks.. What an upgrade from the 2.5 Oz kettle.
