Or you can wait a few weeks and get the LG C9 for a couple hundred bucks more and get an extra year warranty.

Costco is going to have their LGs on sale for:
77" - $4,949.99
65" - $2,249.99
55" - $1,449.99

If you have the ability to shop at a Military Exchange the 65" A8G is currently priced at $1799 and that is with delivery and no sales tax.

it got me in the door. however as a newbie to oled i had not seen anywhere anyone warning me you cannot lay the tv down in my car so i had to wait 4 painful days to get them to deliver it.

it also made the decision vs c9 much easier with this on sale and im thrilled with the PQ

This TV (and its price point) have surprising staying power. Still $2000. Still a great TV.
