Walmart movie deals

Anyone going to the great 4k deals at Walmart good freaking luck. Love the price of Spider-Man far from home, dark pheinox and Shazam plus a few more at $8 for new release 4k movies, especially since next best price is $13. But it was a battle. As movies on sale are only located in the meat isle. Yep 20 minutes to finally find that. Plus no organization at all just mosh mash of display bins and they did not even have a good chunk of what was advertised. Had to finally find someone in the electronics section to open the glass case to get me the movies there

I tried that even at the suggestion of the Walmart employee that was finally able to find some help. $13 online or $8 in store. Makes no sense. But I did finally get most of what I wanted and saved $20+ but would be so much better if the knew what they were doing. Simply put all sale movies in the sale section is a big thing that would help ( least I got slipcovers for no extra cost) and then would be nice to group movies by 4k blu Ray or dvd not just a mosh mash or maybe at the least organize by price catagory. Just something would help. Also like I said I had to find most of the movies I bought in the movie section as nobody put the fee that had in the sale spot. Almost feel like someone went they’re last night bought 90% of these good deals and will come back to return them for the Black Friday price to resale. Only saw maybe 5 4k copies of far from home??

Mine was a **** show. Had a separate, long line just to be able to get to and shop the movies, and they must have had extremely limited quantities of the popular ones. No John Wick 3 or End Game 4k discs to be found anywhere.

Just checked their online prices and they are WAY higher than best buy or amazon. Blu-Ray.com has a black friday deals page
that updates often. I just snagged The Meg for under ten.

I went to my local WM around 5 mins till 6. All the boxes were opened and I had no problem getting all the movies I wanted except for Bumblebee. They were out of Aladin in the sale boxes but the same movies are available in the movie section for the sale price. Got Aladin and A Quiet Place from the movie section for $7.96. There were only like 15-20 people total in the box sale section so I did not have to fight anyone to get what else I wanted.
Most of what I wanted was priced lower at BB though, so I bought a bunch online early Thurs AM.

I would guess Best Buy will possibly do some cyber Monday deals but definitely check amazon. Amazon had the same prices as Best Buy for a bunch or movies, not all. Also amazon had a few like long skull island 4k I did not see on sale at BB. Walmart I would not count on having any good online movie deals, kinda disappointing. Especially since they had the best prices for pretty recent releases.
