Reverb.com, good or bad ?

I found a B&C 18SW100 for $250. The company this selling it on Reverb is Carvin Amps and Audio is this shady or a safe good deal?

Do you know if Carvin Amps an Audio (the seller) is a aurthorized dealer, so I would have a full warranty ?
