I read in this thread: https://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=1162107, that it is possible to unlock CAL-DAY and CAL-NIGHT picture modes on the Samsung B Series Plasmas.

Is it possible to unlock this picture modes in the service menu, or can these picture modes only be unlocked by ISF-Calibrators?

Thanks in advance!

Greetings

It is in the service mode.

They are not called ISF modes ... merely calibration modes.

Thank you Michael!

Can you tell me, where i can unlock this settings in the service menu?

And by the way, do you know if the "cinema smooth bug" can be solved through a setting in the service menu?

Because i tried to calibrate my PS58B850 and the "cinema smooth bug" not only affects the black level, but the peak light output (100 % white window), raises from 35 fL to 41 fL, if i turn "cinema smooth on" and the greyscale and the colors are affected too.

Sincerely yours,

Michael
