i1Display PRO rev A-02: sensor shift over time

I wonder what the kind of sensor shift over time one may expect from a retail i1Display PRO, rev A-02, manufactured 2013-03, that I bought new some years ago. The device has been stored in it's original package in room temperature (out of sunlight), and I can't recall to ever have dropped it. The usage has been once or twice every year, or so, to calibrate a monitor, but with planned buying of an LG C9 I might see more use of it.

Googling gave me fairly vague answers to my question.
