Warm Temperature and RGB question

So I finally crossed over and decided to calibrate my LCD television using the Warm setting. I think I have it just about right but I had a question. Because it’s hard to use RGB gain and offset by eye, I dug around online and used my vision to get it close enough to not being overly yellow. If I’m keeping it on warm, which RGB gain and/or offset should I raise or lower?

The “natural” color temp is just a tad too bright for watching tv at night but perfect for daytime use. Trying to adjust warm to that somewhat. Just enough where people don’t look overly orange/yellow or red. I apologize if my question makes no sense.
