Choosing the right Colorimetry Research Spectro/Colorimeter Combo

Hello! I am looking into investing in a colorimeter and spectroradiometer combo. To give you an idea of application, I am a video post production professional where accuracy is critical. Presently, I'm dealing with a mixture of display types (LCD, OLED, and even some Plasma) across different client sites. Only rec709/bt1886 at the moment but I suspect I'll be making the dive in HDR in the next year.

I'm primarily looking at the offerings from Colorimetry Research based on performance/value. My main source of uncertainty is whether I will see a benefit between the CR-250 and CR-300. Would the latter be better when matching between various display types in the same environment?

Trying to see if I can save the extra $7000 if I'm not going to see much difference within my applications.

Thank you.
