90% dci-p3 vs 100% rec709

Hey guys , i do have a JVC RS440 which can reach 90% dcip3 , i m doing a 3dlut calibration using lightspace with C6 hdr 2000 meter and using it in MadVR .
My question is what target is best to calibrate to and which would give me better results. If it was 100% dcip3 than its a no brainer but at 90% i m not sue i m benefiting from the wider colors.

Thank you

JVC DLA X590/RS440 / BenQ LK970
madVR HTPC with 1080ti / Lumagen radiance pro 4242
Arendal 1723 LCR Monitors / M&K S150 Surrounds in 5.1.4 atmos setup / Yamaha AX2050 AVR / MiniDSP88BM audio processor/ beta3 6 channels Amp .

I think 90% on dci-p3 is still more than 100% rec709.

Definitely. Here's my x550(RS400) gamut compared with DCI-P3 and Rec709:
