Playstation 4 cursor issue

When I start my PS4 from standby mode the cursor is off as seen here:

When I perform a restart the cursor returns to normal as seen here:

This only happens on my PS4 pro. Has anyone encountered this issue and know how to resolve it?

I haven't seen this happen on mine. Does the cursor move or is it stuck when you come back from standby?

It can move, I just have to guess where it is. I have been counting the clicks over and down to get to what I want, its mildly annoying.

I have not seen that. Usually when I've had a problem with sleep mode, the PS4 just crashes.

Something you have plugged in perhaps?
