I'm wondering if I can get away with just painting the lower part of the ceiling or if you guys would expect I'd still have alot of reflection issues with the higher part still?
I'd think it will come down to where you place your screen. If its close to the ceiling, you're likely to get reflections that are going to bother you. My screen is 6" from the ceiling and I ended up painting it to kill the reflections.
I have a 3' soffit that my projector (also a 5050) sits behind and shoots under. I left that white and painting the ceiling in front of it.
