Question Question about electric installation

I was a little confused with a lot of people and website telling different thing , I'm sure i'm fine just not fully sure

So there my question
I'M in Quebec,Canada (120v 15amp socket) and I would like to know if is perfectly safe to daisy chain a power strip for adding low amp device

So my setup look like this in both socket I connected a power strip , the first one have the heavy load ,50in tv and a denon x3300w set in 5.1 + wii , wiiu,ps3,ps2 , vhs/dvd , tv decoder and a network switch.
The second one have a old 386 computer, a sub , and an another power strip,

The third strip have a two led bulb light , a 3ds charger , a multi usb charger,and a wii/wiiu gamepad/wiimote charger

Also a recent test I done with an APC back-up rs1300lcd , showed with both power strip connected on the UPS show a maximum usage of 600 watt when everything is open and sound at max ,normal usage 250 watt and everything close 80 watt (note the UPS have a warning if the charge on battery socket exceed 850 watts)

So it's safe of unsafe?

Rarely will you have all devices running at the same time. Rough estimate, Power = E * I (120V x 15A=1800W max). At 250W with everything running you should be OK.
