Denon DN-300DH tuner : DAB+ connectivity

Hi,

I have bought a DN-300DH tuner for my basement rack. It does AM/FM but also DAB+.

I'd like to extend the DAB+ antena with a cable but I'm having a hard time identifying what plug it is.

Here is its rear :

Is this a BNC plug ? A "SMA" (never heard of that before) ?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BNC_connector
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SMA_connector

Thanks for any advice.

Link doesn't work but I assume it is a F type connector

Compare with the plug of the antena

Can't see the connector clearly, but it appears to me to be a BNC. Does it have little pins sticking out of the sides? An SMA connector is threaded as is an F-connector, although some of the cable-end F-connectors are push-on.

Hi, thanks for your replies.

Sorry for the wrongly parsed link. It was the same picture I attached to the post.

I've attached pictures of the male antena plug ;-)
It does not have little pins sticking out of the sides, right ?

I have ordered a SMA cable yesterday (in my timezone), hope it will fit.
This one : https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B079YT7NM3

How the hell are there so many coax connector types ?

With your better pictures of the coax ends, I'm pretty sure that they are F-connectors. I think SMA are rarely used in home audio and BNC have to have the little pins you say you don't have.

OK thanks, I'll try if the SMA fits anyway since it's ordered. If it does not, I'll return it.
I'll post the final conclusion here and close the topic.

I was able to cancel my order.

I'm now looking for a "f type" extension cord with a male plug on one end, and a female plug on the other.

Usually you get a Male to Male F-cable, then an F-barrel connector to join the two together. Dont recall ever seeing a Male to female F- cable. https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon...._AC_SX679_.jpg

From the picture I pulled up on the net, the DAB connection is a screw-on 75 ohm F-connector. The FM connector is ALSO a 75ohm F-connector, but is a push-on type instead of screw-on.
