I like how my car shows the album covers when I listen to fm hd radio.
I have an FM tuner. It shows RDS information, but does not show the album covers.
I assume that album covers are displayed in my car because the data is part of hd radio. Is this right?
Does anyone make a home FM hd radio tuner with a color display similar to what you get in a car?
There weren't many HD Radio component tuners made to begin with, and I don't think any were ever made that supported the"Artist Experience" (a.k.a. album art).
If you're willing to settle for a component tuner without the Artist Experience, then I think the Sangean HDT-20 is currently in production and readily available. That unit should sound very good in your home audio system.
If you *must* have the Artist Experience then I suspect the only way would be to use the headphone jack on the SPARC SHD-T750 to feed your amplifier. Or, build yourself a cabinet to house one of the car radios running off a 12vdc power supply.
One final option if you have a few thousand dollars to throw around, would be the Day Sequerra Artist Experience Data Monitor, a professional rack mount unit used by broadcasters.
You can see a list of current models at https://hdradio.com/get-a-radio. Check the box for "Artist Experience" to filter your results to see models supporting that feature.
