So I was selling one of our install cables at BB to a customer and it was a 'digital coaxial'. The REALLY NICE part about the cable was that the termination on the end of the cable had a sleeve that was on a threaded part what would actually increase tension and close up the end when you screwed it in and release when you unscrewed it. And it slid on like normal RCA. It was the best RCA connector I've ever seen! lol

So does anyone know where to get these? Or even what they're called?

Zook,
that's a locking RCA, search WBT on partsexpress.

NICE! Thanks!

I'd guess it wasn't WBT at BB, but you never know.

Those things start at about $25 for EACH connector, and go up from there.

Knukonceptz also sells some pretty nice solderless locking connectors that are much less expensive than the WBT's. They are 4 for $10, and it is a pretty good deal.

Man, I love that place. They have some realy nice stuff with great prices.

I'm not really into fancy cables, but those eKs cables they sell (they use the locking interconnects I posted above) are some of the best looking cables made and they only cost about $40.

I use their Kasa speaker wire and am a big fan of their products in general.

It wasn't the WBT's but I was happy at the fact that someone knew what I was raving about. LOL

They were Liberty cables with their own ends. =D

I didn't realize the ends were available separately.
I have used lots of KnuKonceptz product in installations for friends and family. Great stuff!
