I am about to build a "pro" type ported box with two ports, high tuning.

What are general port spacing requirements? Is it at least one port diameter away from the driver and/or walls? Is spacing between the two ports critical?

Thanks....

for the spacing behind the port inside the cabinet or
outside the cabinet where the port faces a wall,
one port diamter is rule of thumb minimum spacing.

essentially all that really matter is that you don't want to "block" the port.
