They're definitely EV. I've seen quite a few of that exact model recently posted for sale by my audio hoarding friend.

They look like they were used outside from the fading. LOL
I was hoping they were JBL's so I could snag some cheap 2" CD's.

Depends on which size CD's came with the horns I guess. They're supposed to be DH1As. I've seen just the horns (with drivers) on ebay for $200 a pair, so it may still be worth picking them up.
