Finally, the right person was found!
A method, discovered around 2300 years before the invention of the computer by a one great Bulgarian!

Perhaps, you have not noticed the white color of the inside of the column. When I create a new project, with a complex vented interior, I always process inside of the column very carefully / impregnate it / with polyurethane varnish. Measuring with water is not a problem.At the moment I am committed to a customer, soon I will show you my method with photos.

"J&N"
Speakers: "SEAS" Excel; TW-T25CF002;MW-18EX001;W 2x26 FX001
Nominal impedance- 8 Ohm
Free air resonance FS-21Hz
Sensitiviti /2,83V/m/-90db
Eguivalent volume/ VAS-170l/
Long Term Power Handling-150W

Ventilation is taken "B&W" Diamound800
Why and how should a beautiful project be changed at the outset?
The problem is in the frequency of around 5000Hz; There is a peak ,which strongly influences the average frequencies.There are two ways to solve this problem:
- Adding one more MW,
-More complicated construction of the filter I don't know the exact name , maybe (reager).
This project may be look beautiful, but will be changed.
As I wrote at the beginning of my post, everything is done by me, I do not use ready filters / and I do not recommend it to anyone unless it is a ready-made kit with cabinets /.Will try to explain why this project is changed at the very beginning.

Characteristics of the speaker in 55 liters closed volume:
What should I choose in this situation?

I chose a new progect with 4 identical speakers:1 х 26 FX001, 1х 22 FX001, 1х 18 FX001 , T 25 CF002.
Graphics - 1 Filter scheme; Graphics - 2 Transfer characteristic:

Continue:
Ch1.jpg (120.9 KB),
I fill the cabinet with water to the red line / there ends the front panel with the speakers /;
w-.JPG (111.7 KB)

I find the volume - 43l, I deduct the weight of the internal ribbed - massa 3.4kg.
And the net volume of the cabinet is 39. 6l. More than I need, I need about 35l.
There is one more option, but for him later.

The problem is that my investor likes the vision of the column.The decrease in volume must occur inside the construction of the cabinet.This sends the project in a more initial phase,we have a new requirement for the project, second W18 EX001.

The old project stayed in the past ...

I have an idea to make a new project to in the base there should be two 10" loudspeakers - just an idea. They look like animals, maybe dinosaurs, but important are 20Hz.

I continue with the collection of the cabinet;
Now I can make the exact measurement of the volume. And that's 31.5l, just as much as I need!
Oh, l forget to show you what I did to get that volume!
I maked a filter compartment (for the MW and TW), the W section will be in the box;

A very underestimated moment - work with multilayer MDF!

There's still a lot of work on the stands.
I show you a few pictures of the front speaker bases, the rear speaker stands will look like the same;Always been a problem with the MDF, especially when we have a multilayer construction. Over time, individual parts are beginning to show up - all of this is the result of improper processing. Soon I will show you how to deal with this problem.

The way I deal with MDF joints showing is by painting with polyester or epoxy resin.

Immediately after applying the first coat, I use a heat gun to reduce its viscosity and make it absorb deeper.

The result is wood/plastic composite that is very stable.

I apply additional coats while the first is still tacky so that the outer layer is solid plastic.

Pic shows my MDF joints 4 years after the build.

Your method is one of the right ones, especially when talking about finishing, with some paint!

My idea was that the German DIY- site in question did not foresee that moment with the huge finishing work, but offers, something like a product, they have not even tried to make one body in the right way speakers , at least for advertising!
