Just the extra 15 to each titan. That’s kinda the point of this whole thing. Sub boxes that stack and leave the vertical room to build the titans up.

Did you redesign the 15" enclosure for the lower tune that Mike used or use the standard Titan 15" enclosure?

You’ll see as I build them. I’m gonna keep this thread going with the titan build. But basically I’m just adding a titan 15lx mid bass bin on each speaker. A modular design. I’ll build a box for the waveguide and stack them.

Hehe. Yeah I’m gonna try both. I have inuke 3000dsp’s I can use. One per speaker. A channel for mid/highs with passive crossover then the other channel for active lows. I’ll start there.

Man. Sounds good. I really wish I had the room and funds to have a build like this. I bet it’s incredible to listen to music thru these.

Music is fantastic. I had to build a little at a time. Been going for 6 years about now. That helps with funding and with the waf. Lol

I am after the smoother transition in the midrange. With large subs the extra 15 will make my response more linear. Not flatter, but smoother. I can’t wait to get it all installed and measured.
Oh, and yes, it will look super cool too

I totally get what you're saying. I have plans to build a 3-way dual 18 LCR using the PA460 as the woofer. They will essentially be a modified QSC 2150 clone. Those along with 4 PA460 loaded MBMs up front should give me all the mid bass I need

Woah! That will be sweet. I love the qsc 2150’s. They are huge and sound that way. I got to hear @hd0823 set of them in his enormous great room and they lit that place up! I felt there midbass in my socks! And now in his baffle wall they sound awesome. Before he even had subs they matched the bass output in most commercial theaters in his room. Great speakers. You will have one heck of a front stage.

I know it may be taboo to say this, but an awesome and impressive looking front stage played a factor in my decision to go with dual 18s mains. I'm sure I'd be more than happy with the 2150's with the celestion 15" drivers, but you and @eng-399 inspired me to increase my "cool factor"

I have the OEM 2150’s build to start as well just haven’t had the time to start. Got all the OEM parts from a fellow AVSer and I am debating to go the route of what Mike and Jared are doing but hearing Jeremy’s system I’m like why his sounds absolutely amazing and he has an huge room so I’m like just build them like his.

I know I know, the only thing I have built is the Speedsters and I guess I am a little worried on screwing it up.
I will just need a lot of guidance along the way.

I think he means if you don’t add the second 15 above the waveguide it’s just empty space so why not just put an extra 15

Meh. Personally I'd be more worried about screwing up the Speedsters with the fragile ribbon tweeter. You absolutely can handle this monster.

Time to start gluing up flat packs!
I’m gonna let the last box fixes go for now. I’ll fix it this winter. It’s been too humid to cut into an mdf cab.
