Help porting ultra 5400

So I'm going have someone build me a ported box tuned to 15hz for 1 of my lms ultras to see how much difference in output before I do 2 boxes right away. But I dont know how to figure out how to build the box to the subwoofer specs.

I cant find any ultras near me to add to (id love 2 more 5400s) and I'm not sure on what sub to incorporate with the LMS ultras, so going to ported.

Length can be between 19-22", width 22" and whatever height needs to be.

Both ultras are on a fp14k and minidsp. If anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it.

The builder is a professional box builder for car audio and is a judge for midwest car audio competitions. Unless you think if I can tell him i want it tuned to 15hz and the 2 max dimensions I'd get a good box? Eek! I just want to get the box right

If you have to figure out port dimensions for the "Professional Box Builder" then I'd hire another box builder

I'm sure he can do that himself.i havent even asked him about making the box yet just about how much for a sealed box for a SI24. How much power do I say I'm putting to the 5400 using the fp14k?

The older ones sustain like 2800 or so, newer ones 3800. The BT enhanced will put out 4800 for a little under 2 seconds then about 3800.

Just look up Notnyt’s thread for porting his dual 5400s. Cut your box in half.
