It will be a few days before the grills are reinstalled. Here's how the grills look in place:

Agony is.. realizing the baffles are not flush with the ceiling. SMH!

It proved to be an non-issue, the grills bulge out slightly. Magnets in place on the grills

Magnets and their mounts. These are rated at 15lbs.

Mounts screwed in and being adjusted. One inch screws were used for the magnets so they could be lowered as needed to meet the grill.

Grilling time!

Thanks guys!

@Shane661 Work is progressing on acoustic treatments. The screen itself is an acoustic panel and there are a number on the walls not in view. More info in the build thread: https://www.avsforum.com/forum/19-de...l#post57233920

@asarose247 Ouch! Hope it healed well. Has anyone been brave enough to start a "theater build gore" thread? (Cringe!!)

Personally, I cringe at table saws. I really don't like moving my hands toward a blade and I don't like holding materials that are being cut. I know plenty do it regularly, but I just can't.
