Pulled the trigger today. I am doing a flush mount double baffle build. Their website says 460 and 424 mm for the cut outs, I am thinking 18 3/16 inches and 16 11/16 inches respectively. Thoughts?

On the 3/16 I would go to a 1/4 for that cutout, it might save time sanding. Not looking forward to pulling mine out, we had to force it into place. 11/16th for baffle cutout looks good.

You can always turn it down, but you can only turn it up so much (before you run out of power, excursion or structural integrity).

Thanks Boss. Plan changed already. Gave the guys at GSG Audio Design a call, I am picking up a MartyCube tomorrow. These dudes were awesome, real easy to work with.

I recently purchased a 18DS just to see how I would like using a quality p.a. sub in my mini marty. And I've been very pleased with its performance. It will not disappoint.

That is great to hear. Do you have any REW measurements?

I do not as I haven't purchased a UMIK yet. Maybe I will do that soon.
