VBSS for gaming on PS4?

Anyone have any input how these would be or gaming on a ps4 in a small office? i want to take advntage of the subs on PE and add 15% for their black friday. This will go into my office 10x12 and be used only for gaming on my tv. I researched what hertz gaming goes down to and got nothing but car rentals or gaming monitor setting, thanks

One would be more than enough for your size of the room and some ... As for the how low it goes there are 3 DSP settings you can setup with NX3000 Behringer 18, 20 and 31 Hz.

I used 2 Velodyne subwoofers for gaming back in 2001, so this sort of thing has been done for ages.
Not only could I hear the enemy, I could feel them, which gave me an edge in first person shooters.

30hz should be good-enough.

My wife plays call of duty. With our velodyne 15" subwoofers in her gaming setup, it makes her visibly anxious because of the bass in the games. You can feel the gun shots, it's actually a cool sensation.

You could always try the 250 and see how it does and upgrade to a 500 if need be. Or go with a inuke 1000

Build a 96x19x19 quadhorn box, throw a alpine type s 15 in on the 250w amp, use it as the tv console and fire it into a corner. It'll kill a vbss lol. But yea, vbss is still a great way to go. Quadhorn was my first love so i still recommend them. My dad's room where it is now is probably 25x30 or larger, still surprises me plus can shake the whole house on 400/500 watts. 2 is still my dream setup but takes a lot of room.

You might as well buy a pair of them since they are 8ohm each. Wire them parallel so you can run which ever amp at 4ohms and get more power out of it.

Yeah I'd go for the Behringer NX1000D. You can bridge it to run a single VBSS at 8 ohms. Later when you add a second VBSS (you will), you can run the pair bridged off that amp.
